Can you integrate with HR or other enterprise systems?

Yes we do! We can integrate with most HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management, payroll, reward and recognition systems and intranets. Currently, we have integrated with Workday, Greenhouse, UKG, Okta and Bamboo HR (Slack & MS Teams are coming soon!) Don’t see what you want here? Don’t worry, if it has an API, we can work it out!

How do we infer skills?

We use millions of historical job ads and resumes to understand the skills typically associated with each job.

How quickly can you go live?

If you’re initially looking for talent insights, we can get most clients up and running in a couple of weeks. Wider company roll-outs and those that require custom integrations can take longer. For a more detailed estimate, leave us your email and we’ll be in touch!

How much does the solution cost?

As much as this is a dissatisfying answer – it depends. We know that each company has its unique needs and we prefer to have a chat to work out together what exactly your business needs. For a more satisfying answer, we calculate pricing based on a per employee per month basis, so it really depends on the size of your organisation and what features you’d like to turn on!.
