What data sources does Talent Insights use?

Talent Insights pulls from your connected HRIS (employee records, roles, departments), learning management system (completed training, certifications), performance management data, and GoFIGR's own AI-inferred skills database. It enriches this with external labour market data to benchmark your workforce against industry trends and competitor talent pools.

How does automation risk scoring work?

GoFIGR analyses each role at the task level, assessing which individual tasks are likely to be automated by AI in the near, medium, and long term. Roles receive an overall automation risk score with a breakdown of which specific tasks drive the score. This enables proactive workforce planning - redeploying and reskilling people before roles are restructured

What workforce planning scenarios can I model?

Talent Insights supports scenario modelling for questions like: "What happens if we automate these 3 task categories?", "Which departments have the largest skill gaps for our AI strategy?", and "Where should we invest in reskilling vs external hiring?" Scenarios use your actual workforce data, not generic benchmarks.

Can you integrate with HR or other enterprise systems?

GoFIGR integrates with BambooHR, Workday, UKG Pro, Lever, EdApp. and most major HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems. SSO via Okta and MS Entra is supported. Slack integration enables notifications for new opportunities and matches. For systems without a native integration, CSV import and API access are available.
