What data does Talent Scout need to get started?

Talent Scout can start with a simple CSV export from your HRIS containing employee names, roles, departments, and any existing skills data. For richer profiles, connect directly to BambooHR, Workday, or UKG, Okta, Oracle and more.. GoFIGR's AI then infers additional skills from labour market data and job descriptions, building a more complete picture than most organisations have ever had.

How accurate is AI skills inference?

GoFIGR's AI analyses labour market data, role descriptions, and internal records to infer skills that employees may not have explicitly listed. Accuracy improves over time as employees validate and refine their profiles. Most organisations find that AI inference captures 80+% of skills accurately on first pass, with employee validation closing the remaining gaps within the first month of use.

Can managers search for talent across the whole organisation?

Yes. Talent Scout provides a searchable database of all employees across every department, location, skill, team and more. Managers can filter by specific skills, location, industry experience, job titles, organization hierarchy and more. This removes reliance on informal networks and reduces the "who do you know?" bias in internal talent decisions.

How does Talent Scout handle confidential career interests?

Employees control what's visible to managers versus HR. Career interests and aspirations can be shared with HR for workforce planning without being visible to a direct manager. This encourages honest input about career goals - including interest in moving to different teams - without creating awkward conversations.

Can you integrate with HR or other enterprise systems?

GoFIGR has native integrations with BambooHR, Workday, UKG, Lever, EdApp, Okta and most major HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems. SSO via Okta or MS Entra is supported. Slack integration enables notifications for new opportunities and matches. For systems without a native integration, CSV import and API access are available, including S3 and SFTP.
